One of the most important parts of our activity is acquiring new customers. Essentially, we are in charge of contacting and building rapport with potential customers, such as importers, distributors, wholesalers, food chains. It's our job to identify the needs of these establishments and earn their business.
Along with this, we maintain customer accounts and strive to ensure satisfaction. This may include routinely contacting customers to make sure orders are filled correctly and received on time. It may also involve negotiating product prices and catering to the specific needs of each customer. When discrepancies arise, it's often up to us to effectively handle the situation and keep customers happy.
